Twenty ways in.
No student uses
all of them.

These are the core areas of our work, and the list is intentionally not exhaustive. Every student receives an individualised plan based on their interests, academic abilities, ambitions, existing profile and university goals, so the work we develop for one student may look completely different from the work created for another.

01

One to one career counselling & mentoring

Regular individual meetings to understand the student's interests, ambitions, concerns and evolving academic direction.

02

Profile building strategy

A long term profile plan that connects academics, extracurricular work, achievements and future university goals into one direction.

03

Detailed monthly & weekly planners

Highly structured roadmaps breaking larger goals into manageable weekly targets, so students always know what they should be working toward.

04

Subject & stream selection

Choosing subjects that suit the student's abilities while also meeting the entry requirements of the courses they intend to apply for.

05

Academic mentoring & tuition support

Support with academics, sourcing tutors where required, and continuous attention to progress so the student maintains a strong developmental trajectory.

06

Passion project development

Designing and executing substantial independent projects built around the student's genuine interests. One of TNS's strongest areas of work.

07

Research projects & research papers

Helping students identify a research question, structure the project, and develop work suitable for academic presentation or publication.

08

Journal & publication guidance

Identifying appropriate publication opportunities and supporting students in preparing work for submission.

09

Patent oriented project development

Supporting students whose ideas may lend themselves to innovative projects with potential for patent development.

10

Internship identification & placement support

Researching relevant internships and practical opportunities connected to the student's field of interest.

11

Short courses & professional certifications

Identifying strong academic or professional courses that deepen subject understanding and strengthen the academic profile.

12

Competitions, awards & recognition

Researching and preparing students for competitions, prizes and recognition relevant to their academic or creative interests.

13

Community initiatives & social impact projects

Developing meaningful community work, NGO initiatives, CAS projects and social impact programmes.

14

Documentaries & research films

Documentary projects that combine research, storytelling and subject specific exploration.

15

Short films & creative productions

Original films and other creative work, where this connects naturally with a student's interests and intended course.

16

Apps, websites & digital projects

Turning ideas into tangible digital outputs. Applications, websites or online initiatives that actually exist and can be used.

17

Study abroad programme identification

Researching summer schools, academic programmes and international experiences suited to the student's interests and profile.

18

University & course shortlisting

Highly personalised university lists based on academic fit, course requirements, geography, finances, student preferences and long term goals.

19

Essay & application development

Extensive support with personal statements, supplemental essays, written applications, editing and narrative development.

20

Interview preparation

Preparing students for university interviews through strategy, practice and subject specific preparation.

The principle underneath

We don't begin with a checklist.

TNS does not start from a fixed list of activities. We first understand the student, then determine what experiences, projects and achievements would best develop their individual profile.

A student may therefore build an app, pursue a patent, conduct research, produce a documentary, launch a community initiative, or follow a pathway that appears nowhere on this page, if that is the strongest expression of their interests and abilities.

Format

In person, online, or both.

Students can meet the TNS team in person at our Noida office or attend regular online meetings through Google Meet. Online sessions are used frequently for counselling, progress reviews, planning and weekly or monthly follow up meetings; families are welcome to meet in person whenever required.

Fees

Discussed after the consultation.

The fee depends on the student's grade level, requirements, level of support and the scope of work involved. Because each student receives an individualised programme, final pricing is discussed with the family following the initial consultation, not quoted from a rate card.

Which of these is right for your child?

That's exactly what the introductory consultation is for. No obligation, and no programme is proposed until we understand the student.
